Deeper sleepFewer wake-ups, more deep sleep — one week in
I've been tracking my sleep and noticed way less wakeups and overall more REM sleep. Positive start — only 1 week in.

Eases muscle tension and quiets your nervous system — relieving stress so you stay asleep longer. Three forms share the work: bisglycinate is gentle and well absorbed, taurate steadies the heart, and L-threonate reaches the brain to settle a busy mind.

Keeps your immune system supplied for overnight repair, when the body does most of its maintenance. It also helps regulate your sleep–wake rhythm and supports the brain chemistry behind sharp thinking.

Calms a racing mind without drowsiness, easing the brain into the relaxed alpha-wave state you feel just before sleep. That calm carries into sharper daytime focus and takes pressure off an immune system that works best when stress is low.

Gives your body the raw material it needs to make serotonin, which it converts into your own melatonin as evening light fades — so you drift off naturally. A steady serotonin supply also softens the edges of a stressful day.

Helps lower your core temperature at night — the signal your body waits for before deep sleep. Glycine also makes up a third of your collagen, supporting muscle recovery and healthy blood vessels — and a rested brain thinks more clearly.

Builds into the membranes of your brain cells, keeping memory and focus sharp. It also steadies evening cortisol so worry doesn’t spike overnight, letting you sleep more deeply while muscles recover from the day.

Settles you towards sleep the old-fashioned way, through apigenin, the flower’s calming compound that quiets the nervous system. It’s gently antispasmodic too, easing tight muscles, and its antioxidants lend a hand to your immune defence.

Prized in Chinese herbal tradition for two thousand years as a sleep herb that ‘calms the heart’ — settling you into the night. The same calm eases stress, supports a steady heartbeat and leaves you clearer-headed in the morning.

Supports immune defence through beta-glucans, the fibres in mushroom cell walls that keep immune cells alert. As an adaptogen it also helps the body take stress in its stride, which means deeper rest and less strain on the heart.

Takes the edge off a tense evening by supporting GABA, the brain’s own brake pedal. Herbalists once said it ‘gladdens the heart’ — and a calmer mind also focuses better, keeps a steadier heartbeat and slips into sleep more easily.

Encourages healthy blood flow through flavanols, the plant compounds that help blood vessels relax. Better circulation feeds the brain for sharper thinking, while cocoa’s natural magnesium and potassium ease tired muscles and its antioxidants back your immune defence.
11 in 1 Nightly Hot Cocoa For Deep Sleep & Overnight Repair
Magnesium (bisglycinate, taurate, L-threonate), glycine, L-theanine and eight more nutrients worth taking before bed — in one mug of real cocoa. No melatonin, so nothing lingers by morning.

Magnesium in three forms, zinc, L-theanine, glycine, L-tryptophan, phosphatidylserine, chamomile, jujube seed, reishi and lemon balm — eleven nutrients you’d otherwise buy in eleven bottles, dissolved into a mug of real cocoa you’ll actually look forward to.

Natural Cocoa4.7gSame eleven ingredients in a capsule would still be a capsule. The mug isn’t the packaging — it’s part of how it works. Three reasons it comes out ahead, in order of how much they matter.
1Faster absorption
A gummy or a capsule is a solid. Before your body can use anything inside it, your stomach has to break it apart and dissolve it. Dreama does that step in the mug — so it arrives as a liquid, with nothing left to break down and no digestion delay.

2Warmth
A warm drink is the oldest wind-down signal there is. It settles your stomach, slows you down and eases your body out of go-mode before a single ingredient has landed. A gummy can’t do that. Neither can a pill with a glass of tap water.
Ten minutes with a warm mugis ten minutes your nervous system spends downshifting. The ingredients get a calmer body to work with.
3Ritual
A gummy is over in three seconds. A mug takes ten minutes, and those ten minutes are the wind-down. Do it at the same time every night and your body starts to expect what comes next. Within a couple of weeks the smell of the cocoa is the signal: mug in hand, sleep is on its way.
Same mug, same time, seven nights. By the weekend, the cue is doing half the work.

Deeper sleepI've been tracking my sleep and noticed way less wakeups and overall more REM sleep. Positive start — only 1 week in.
Muscle easeI've had restless legs for years and used to get calf cramps most nights. Three weeks in and I've had maybe two. Didn't expect that to be the thing I noticed first.
Less stressI can feel my cortisol soothing, thoughts calming down, mind clearer and overall just more relaxed. The magnesium is terrific.
Memory & focusI'm 58 and I'd started blaming my age for the fog in the mornings. Turns out it was the sleep. Two weeks in and I'm sharp by the time I've finished my coffee instead of halfway through the morning.
The ritualI mix one scoop with half water and half plant based milk 30 minutes before bed. Been my ritual for a month, and has yet to let me down.
Immune defenceEvery year she gets whatever's going around and it takes her two weeks to shake it. This winter, one sniffle. I'm putting it down to her actually sleeping.
Eleven actives, real doses, nothing hidden. Tap through what each one does.

No pills to swallow, nothing to measure, nothing to brace for. A mug you’ll actually look forward to — and the same four steps every night, because the routine is part of the result.
One level scoop into your favourite mug. That is the whole dose — all eleven ingredients, no measuring.
Hot water or your favourite milk, around 200ml. Warm is the point — it is half of the wind-down.
Stir until smooth, or froth it for a velvety finish. It dissolves fully, so it is ready before you are.
Same time every night. Let the mug slow you down while the eleven ingredients get to work.
Why “nightly essential”
Magnesium, zinc and L-tryptophan are essential nutrients — your body can’t produce them, it has to be given them. Coffee, stress, long days and modern diets burn through them faster than most of us put them back. Dreama returns the night’s essentials in one mug, so your body has what it needs to repair while you sleep.

Sixty nights is long enough to feel the difference in the mug, the morning and everything in between. If you don’t, we refund every cent — no questions, no forms, no awkward chat.
No. Cocoa does contain a small amount of caffeine and theobromine, but one mug has roughly 1-3mg — about a tenth of a cup of coffee, and less than a cup of green tea.
It’s also why we use natural cocoa rather than drinking chocolate: no sugar, no milk solids, nothing that spikes you before bed. And the formula is built with this in mind — 200mg of L-theanine and 500mg of glycine are doing the opposite job, at doses many times larger.
That’s usually melatonin, and there’s none in Dreama. Melatonin is a hormone, and at the doses sold over the counter it can still be in your system when the alarm goes off — which is why people wake up feeling like they’ve been switched off rather than rested.
Dreama works with what your body already makes. L-tryptophan gives it the raw material to produce its own melatonin as evening light fades, so there’s nothing left over by morning.
Some people notice the very first night — usually that they dropped off more easily. For most it builds over the first week or two, and it tends to show up as fewer wake-ups rather than one dramatic change.
Give it a full three weeks before you judge it. Part of what you’re building is the cue — same mug, same time — and that takes a couple of weeks to set. You’ve got 60 nights to decide either way.
Check with your doctor or pharmacist first — genuinely, not as a formality.
The main thing worth raising with them is magnesium, which can reduce how well your body absorbs certain medications if taken at the same time. That includes some antibiotics, thyroid medication and osteoporosis treatments. It’s usually a matter of spacing them a few hours apart rather than avoiding one or the other, but that’s a conversation for whoever knows your prescriptions.
Yes, you can stop whenever you want. There’s nothing sedating in the formula and none of the eleven ingredients are known to cause dependence — no melatonin, no antihistamines, nothing that stops working when you come off it.
The only habit it builds is the one you want: your body learning that a warm mug at the same time each night means sleep is coming.
Because most of a 400mg tablet never gets into you. The cheap form of magnesium used in high-dose products passes straight through — it’s the same stuff sold as a laxative.
Ours is bound to an amino acid, which is what lets your body absorb it properly, and it’s split across three forms that each do a different job. Magnesium also isn’t working alone here: 500mg of glycine and 200mg of L-theanine carry as much of the sleep work.
Like hot cocoa, because it is hot cocoa — real cocoa, not a flavouring.
Worth setting expectations honestly: it has zero sugar, so it isn’t sweet the way a commercial hot chocolate is — it tastes like proper, rich cocoa rather than a lolly. Most people find hot water keeps it light and milk makes it taste like a dessert.
Yes — dairy, oat, almond, whatever you use. About 200ml, hot. Milk makes it richer; hot water keeps it lighter. Either way it’s 15 calories before you add anything.
Thirty to forty-five minutes before bed. That gives the ingredients time to land and gives you ten minutes with a warm mug, which is half the point.
Same time every night matters more than the exact time. Consistency is what turns it from a supplement into a signal.
Nothing. Pick it up the next night.
It’s not a medication and there’s nothing to build up or taper off. That said, the cue works best unbroken — most people find that after a couple of consistent weeks, skipping feels stranger than remembering.
Contains mushroom (reishi). Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, wheat and nuts — so if you have a severe allergy to any of those, factor that in.
The full ingredient list is on the label and on this page — nothing proprietary, nothing hidden. If you have a specific dietary question, email us and we’ll send you the full specification sheet.
Every batch is quality tested before it’s released, and the complete formula — every ingredient, every dose — is printed on the label. No proprietary blends, nothing hidden behind a “sleep complex.”

Not without speaking to your doctor first. Several of the botanicals in the formula haven’t been studied enough in pregnancy for us to recommend it either way, so we’d rather you asked someone who knows your situation.
Drink it for 60 nights. If you don’t feel a difference, email us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund every cent. You don’t need to send the pack back, fill in a form, or explain yourself.
