📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another email when your order has shipped, including a tracking link.


🌍 Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Australia

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. While some US orders arrive in as little as 6 days, we recommend allowing up to 10 business days for delivery. Similarly, UK orders often arrive earlier than 14 days — but we'd rather you be pleasantly surprised than disappointed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you don’t see a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please reach out to us at support@getdreama.com.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship it (you’ll just need to cover the new shipping cost), or

  • Issue a refund minus any original shipping and handling fees.


Lost, Stolen or Delayed Orders

If your tracking information shows the item was delivered, but you haven’t received it:

  • Double-check around your home and with neighbors or building staff

  • Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to the US and UK.
