We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. While some US orders arrive in as little as 6 days, we recommend allowing up to 10 business days for delivery. Similarly, UK orders often arrive earlier than 14 days — but we'd rather you be pleasantly surprised than disappointed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
We can reship it (you’ll just need to cover the new shipping cost), or
Issue a refund minus any original shipping and handling fees.
If your tracking information shows the item was delivered, but you haven’t received it:
Double-check around your home and with neighbors or building staff
Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
