The Dreama “Golden Ticket” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Dreama LLC (“Sponsor”).
Open only to legal residents of [country/countries you ship to], 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Dreama LLC are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
During the Giveaway Period, participants may enter by submitting a product review of Dreama that includes a photo of their Dreama ritual. No purchase necessary to enter. To enter without purchase, email support@getdreama.com with your full name and a photo of your sleep ritual to be considered. All entries must comply with these Official Rules.
The Giveaway runs on a rolling monthly basis (“Giveaway Period”). Each Giveaway Period begins at 12:00 AM [Timezone] on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Daylight Time on the last day of the month. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel any Giveaway Period at its discretion.
Each month, Sponsor may select one or more winners from all eligible entries received during that month. Prizes may include, at Sponsor’s discretion:
Actual prizes awarded may vary from month to month and Sponsor is under no obligation to award all listed prize tiers each month. Prize substitutions of equal or greater value may be made at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Winners will be chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email or the contact information provided with their entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected communications.
By entering, you grant Dreama LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your submitted photo and review for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all channels.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dreama LLC from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
